Early Investor Round

SOVRA Protocol — sovereign token layer for AI-powered blockchain.

An application-based allocation round for eligible early backers. Application submission is not approval. KYC/AML, jurisdictional review and a signed purchase agreement are required before payment or allocation confirmation.

Early Investor Round

How the round works, end to end.

  1. Create an account and apply Submit identity, jurisdiction, wallet and indicative allocation information.
  2. Eligibility review The review team assesses jurisdiction, sanctions, source-of-funds and requested allocation.
  3. Complete KYC / AML Verification is required after review and before any payment instruction is issued.
  4. Receive approved terms Approved applicants receive the applicable price, allocation, vesting terms and purchase agreement.
  5. Use authenticated payment instructions Send funds only to instructions displayed inside the approved dashboard.
  6. Treasury confirmation Confirmed receipts and the contractual allocation record appear in the dashboard.
  7. Maintain records Agreements, compliance status and payment evidence remain linked to the investor account.
  8. Conditional future distribution The deployed Ethereum genesis reference contract is immutable and permanently non-transferable; it has no unlock function. Presale participation records an approved contractual allocation and does not transfer that reference token. Any future transferable asset, migration or distribution mechanism requires a separate official announcement and remains subject to legal, technical, security and operational readiness.

Four structured sale stages

Stage 1 runs from 1 September to 29 September 2026. The public presale is planned as six consecutive four-week sections beginning 24 November 2026; each public-section price is published before that section opens.

Vesting Schedule

Why vesting?

Vesting terms are intended to align approved allocations with long-term development and reduce premature liquidity expectations. The binding schedule is the schedule in the applicable purchase agreement. Any future technical distribution mechanism requires separate implementation, security review and official announcement.
