Any approved strategic allocation must be accounted for within applicable approved allocation pools and written terms.

2. Review & compliance
Eligibility, KYC/AML, sanctions and enhanced due diligence where applicable.
3. Written agreement
Pricing, milestones, allocation limits, vesting and responsibilities are documented before acceptance.
4. Activation
Approved participation is recorded subject to technical, legal, security and operational readiness.
