SOVRA Protocol

The sovereign token layer for AI-powered blockchain infrastructure — connecting strategic capital formation, future ecosystem utility, and the SOVRA intelligence architecture within the ENTELΞKRON roadmap.

Version 1.0June 2026

01Abstract

SOVRA Protocol is the public token and launch layer of the broader SOVRA intelligence vision. It is engineered to bridge AI-native infrastructure with disciplined, compliant capital formation. The SOVRA token (ticker SOVRA) launches on Ethereum as a fixed-supply, permanently non-transferable genesis reference asset. Participation is recorded through a four-stage presale with six consecutive sections in the public stage, mandatory eligibility review, and KYC/AML before payment. Any future distribution mechanism is separate and remains subject to legal, technical, security and operational readiness.

This document describes the protocol's vision, architecture, token economics, sale structure, governance, roadmap, and the risks of participation. It is an informational paper and not an offer of securities or investment advice.

02Introduction

The next phase of blockchain adoption will be shaped by autonomous, intelligence-driven systems. SOVRA positions itself at the intersection of three forces: sovereign AI, scalable blockchain infrastructure, and credible, regulation-aware capital markets. SOVRA is structured around verified participation, staged access, evidence-backed operations and explicit risk disclosure. No listing, market price, liquidity or return outcome is promised.

SOVRA Protocol acts as the public-facing token and coordination layer connected to the wider SOVRA AI network and the ENTELΞKRON ecosystem. The deployed Ethereum token remains a permanently non-transferable reference asset. Any future transferable asset, utility or migration mechanism would require a separately announced and reviewed process.

03Vision

Our vision is a sovereign intelligence economy where value, computation, and governance are coordinated by AI-native protocols. SOVRA aims to be the token layer that:

  • Interfaces with the SOVRA intelligence layer for AI-guided coordination and analytics.
  • Anchors a long-term, infrastructure-first growth model.
  • Aligns early backers, the ecosystem, and the protocol through transparent vesting.
  • Maintains a compliance-ready posture across target jurisdictions.

04The Problem

Most token launches optimise for speed over trust: instant wallet-connect purchases with no KYC, no legal documentation, and opaque treasuries. This creates downstream problems — banking friction, exchange-listing risk, regulatory exposure, and erosion of investor confidence. Serious capital requires the opposite: identity verification, signed agreements, disciplined treasury management, and clear disclosures.

05Architecture

5.1 Genesis token layer

The SOVRA token is deployed on Ethereum with a fixed maximum supply. At genesis, transfers are locked: the contract serves as a supply-visibility and reference layer. The deployed Ethereum genesis reference contract is immutable and permanently non-transferable; it has no unlock function. Presale participation records an approved contractual allocation and does not transfer that reference token. Any future transferable asset, migration or distribution mechanism requires a separate official announcement and remains subject to legal, technical, security and operational readiness.

5.2 Future distribution and vesting controls

Approved allocations are recorded against the investor account with the applicable sale-round release terms. The current Ethereum genesis reference contract is permanently non-transferable and contains no vesting or unlock mechanism. Any future transferable distribution asset or claim mechanism requires a separately reviewed implementation, public disclosure and security review before activation.

5.3 Compliance gateway

Participation flows through an application + KYC/AML gateway. Only verified, approved, and eligible participants receive allocations, and restricted jurisdictions are blocked at sign-up.

06The SOVRA Token

  • Standard: ERC-20 (Ethereum), EIP-2612 permit support.
  • Current contract status: The deployed Ethereum genesis reference contract is immutable and permanently non-transferable; it has no unlock function. Presale participation records an approved contractual allocation and does not transfer that reference token. Any future transferable asset, migration or distribution mechanism requires a separate official announcement and remains subject to legal, technical, security and operational readiness.
  • Supply: fixed maximum supply minted at genesis; no inflation.

07Tokenomics

Total maximum supply is fixed. Allocation is structured for sustainable ecosystem growth and long-term alignment:

07bSOVRA Protocol & SOVRA AI

The ecosystem is intentionally split into two coordinated layers:

SOVRA Protocol (public)

sovraprotocol.com — the public token and presale layer: eligibility-reviewed sale with KYC/AML before payment, treasury records, conditional distribution terms, compliance documentation, and the investor dashboard. Designed for capital formation and regulatory clarity.

SOVRA AI (intelligence)

sovra.network — the sovereign intelligence layer: AI-native coordination, analytics, and automation connected to ENTELΞKRON infrastructure. Initially oriented toward institutional and ecosystem integrations; broader public product surfaces roll out as the stack matures.

Approved participants hold contractual allocation records under the applicable sale terms. Any future token utility, transferable asset or SOVRA AI service integration requires a separate official announcement and is not promised at a fixed date.

08Presale Structure

SOVRA uses a hybrid model: a private, application-based Early Investor Round first, followed by the public stage divided into six consecutive sections. Every stage requires eligibility review, with KYC/AML completed before payment. The flow is:

  1. Apply and create an investor account.
  2. Complete KYC/AML verification. A successful verified KYC result is the investor approval event; there is no separate team approval step.
  3. After verified KYC, proceed to Purchase. Exact chain-specific payment instructions are provided only in the authenticated dashboard and only for payment rails that are operationally ready. Applicants should never send funds based only on a social-media post or public wallet list.
  4. Payment is verified; allocation is recorded in the investor dashboard.
  5. Sign the Token Purchase Agreement.
  6. Track the allocation-specific release schedule. Any future transferable distribution or claim mechanism requires separate implementation, independent review and an official announcement.

Minimum allocation, maximum allocation, and stage pricing are published on the presale portal and may be updated between stages.

09Conditional Distribution Schedule

Release mechanics

Standard sale schedules use one common announced distribution activation event rather than individual purchase dates. Strategic Anchor is 15% initially plus 85% monthly over 15 months; Standard Early Investor is 10% plus 90% over 18 months; Stage 2 and Stage 3 are 15% plus 85% over 12 months; Stage 4 is 20% initially plus 10% monthly for eight months. Standard sale rounds have no post-TGE cliff. Any future claim or transferability mechanism requires separate implementation, independent review and public disclosure.

ENTELΞKRON ecosystem allocation controls

10Use of Funds

Capital raised is allocated to protocol development, liquidity, treasury, growth, operations, and compliance:

11Governance & Treasury

Treasury control uses segregated Safe (Gnosis) multisig wallets for collection, reserve, liquidity, operations, marketing, legal/compliance, and team vesting. This separation provides operational discipline, auditability, and reduced key risk. Over time, governance is intended to progressively decentralise as the ecosystem and mainnet mature.

12Roadmap

  1. Stage 1 — Early Investor — opens 1 September 2026, 00:01 London time (four-week window).
  2. Stages 2–4 + six public sections — structured presale through 11 May 2027.
  3. KYC + TGE — verification and token generation event (timing to be announced after the presale closes, subject to legal, technical, security and operational readiness).
  4. Distribution controls — allocation-specific vesting remains documented; any transferable distribution/claim mechanism requires separate implementation and review.
  5. ENTELΞKRON integration review — any migration, utility or transferable asset requires a separately announced and verified mechanism.
  6. SOVRA AI product expansion — institutional integrations first, then broader public access on sovra.network.
  7. Future market-access review — No exchange listing, launch price, liquidity, market value or investment return is promised or guaranteed. Any future market access depends on legal, technical, security and operational readiness and may never occur.

13Compliance

SOVRA operates a KYC/AML program through an approved identity-verification provider, screens against sanctions lists, and excludes restricted jurisdictions. In the EEA, the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework and ESMA's central register may impose crypto-asset white paper obligations; in Germany a MiCA crypto-asset white paper generally must be submitted to BaFin before publication; Türkiye operates a developing crypto-asset service provider framework. Definitive legal documentation is finalised with qualified counsel per jurisdiction.

14Official Addresses

Verify on-chain. Always confirm against these published addresses before transferring funds.

15Risk Factors

Participation is extremely high risk. You may lose 100% of your funds. Key risks include: total loss of capital; no guarantee of listing or liquidity; transfer restrictions and lock-ups; smart-contract and technology risk; regulatory change; and execution risk. See the full Risk Disclosure.
